Unified AI Assistant Powered by Trusted Data and Metadata

Salesforce Einstein 1 Copilot for Marketers and Copilot for merchants are unique in the industry since they are unified conversational AI assistants built on the Einstein 1 Platform, powered by company-specific data saved in Data Cloud, and linked to Salesforce metadata. 

A normal LLM cannot determine the relevant output only from the data. It must understand the meanings of promotion, territory, client, and other ideas, as well as where to find the necessary data to respond to the prompt. Einstein Copilot leverages this metadata to comprehend the user’s prompt in full context, collaborating with the LLM to select the appropriate fields – in this case, for the product promotion email sent to the customer segment. 

The Einstein Trust Layer protects the confidential nature of the data included inside these replies, prohibiting the LLM from retaining any of the information submitted. This gives the LLM access to the required business-related data to respond to questions while also allowing the company to retain security, privacy, and data governance.
