Salesforce launched Einstein Copilot, A New AI Companion for All CRM Tools

Salesforce, the market leader in customer relationship management software (CRM), announced a significant update to its Einstein artificial intelligence (AI) suite at its annual Dreamforce 2023 conference in San Francisco.

Salesforce Einstein Copilot a new generative AI conversational assistant that Salesforce is integrating natively into its CRM and other compatible apps, allowing it to assist with a variety of application-specific tasks.

Using a new Eintein Copilot Studio, Salesforce’s business customer administration may also modify how Einstein Copilot operates and what data it can access and reference, as well as leverage third-party LLMs such as Open AI’s GPT-3.5.
