Salesforce Introduced Pricing for GPT and General Availability for Sales GPT, Service GPT, and Einstein GPT Trust layer to increase personalized customer interactions and organization-drive productivity with generative AI designed for enterprise security stands. 

Users of Service GPT may use it to auto-generate personalized responses and automatically summarise customer interactions for future reference. On the other hand, Sales GPT users get a  benefit from AI-generated, personalized customer emails based on contextual customer data held in Salesforce. 

The Einstein GPT Trust Layer restricts customer data from being retained outside of Salesforce, which means that third-party LLM providers do not keep or use prompts and replies to train their models.
