Salesforce Acquires Regrello: A Game-Changing Move in AI Automation

Salesforce has reached a deal to acquire Regrello, an AI-native solution that automates complicated business processes. With this move, Salesforce acquires Regrello to leverage its technology, which converts business data into agile, agentic workflows.

The acquisition will hasten Salesforce’s innovation in agentic process automation. Salesforce intends to integrate Regerallo with Agentforce and Slack once the acquisition is completed, assisting clients in transforming manual, wasteful tasks into agentic automations that improves the velocity and quality of important business processes.

“We founded Regrello to eliminate the friction in enterprise work,” said Aman Naimat, CEO of Regrello. “Joining Salesforce expands our reach and platform to provide agentic process automation to more enterprises, enabling teams to transition from traditional, slow, and expensive methods of working to agile, AI-powered execution.

The transaction is expected to occur during Salesforce’s third fiscal quarter in 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. This deal has no impact on our fiscal year 2026 outlook. The acquisition will be paid with cash from Salesforce’s balance sheet. The deal is not expected to jeopardize Salesforce’s capital return program.
